After six years in
the ski industry, I established RAC Electric in 1980. Originally a one-man
operation, we have grown to support a large staff and several service
trucks. We have developed from a basic residential and commercial service,
to include custom lighting design, home interactive installations, drafting,
and programming. I attribute the company’s success to its staff’s
technical expertise and staying on the leading edge of new products and
innovative design. Most importantly, we are committed to excellent customer
service.
We are licensed in California and Nevada. All technicians are factory trained in the latest technology for interactive lighting control for residential and commercial applications. Annually, several staff members and I travel to trade shows and exhibits to learn about the latest innovations and newest products on the market. Architects and designers are beginning to realize the potential expert lighting design can have on their projects. Most do not have the time to acquire expertise in every trade and aspect of their projects, specifically, lighting and control, which has changed radically over the past few years. We work well with architects, designers, and owners providing our experience and skills to achieve optimum results. Although we have the capacity and expertise to handle the most sophisticated projects, the customer who just wants us to fix his light switch will receive the same commitment to excellent care and service.
